Has your school got The Perfect Pitch?
Australian dairy communities, including schools, are being challenged to show why dairy matters in an initiative by the Australian Dairy Conference (ADC) and supported by Dairy Australia.
As part of ADC 2020 Melbourne, the call is out to the national dairy community to support the industry and share their creativity by developing their own dairy advertisement in ‘The Perfect Pitch’ initiative.
The Australian dairy industry has had its share of challenges recently with dairy farmers doing it tough amongst adverse climate conditions. As a previous participant in Dairy Australia’s Picasso Cows programthis might be of interest to your school and your school’s community, to help further support our dairy industry.
Entries are open to anyone involved in the dairy industry from farmers, vets, scientists, milk tank drivers, factory workers, community groups and schools. The ADC is looking for the most creative, entertaining and inventive ads that help promote the industry in a positive light.
The overallschool winner, decided by a judging panel, will receive a dairy breakfast* donated by Dairy Australia.
Dairy Australia knows that Australia’s dairy communities are a resourceful bunch and have a great story to tell, so we are looking forward to seeing ideas on promoting the industry and building a groundswell of support.
Visit The Perfect Pitch to find out how your school can get involved. Entries are now open and close 30 November 2019.
*The donated dairy breakfast will consist of a variety of snack sized milk, cheese and yoghurt to the value or $250.
